What to Expect in Session Three:

In this webinar, Amy Caughey and Pitsiula Kilabuk will discuss the importance of documenting Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit related to country foods. This will provide insight into the cultural and nutritional value related to the process and steps that occur after country foods are harvested, including preparing, cooking, storing, and sharing the meat of polar bears and other wildlife.

This webinar will also share how to involve and build capacity among community researchers in the context of documenting and analyzing Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit.
